DMRC Employees on strike to Implement third IDA pay Revision

On 23-07-2017 to solve the problem of IDA pay revision agreement between DMRC employees and DMRC could not give satisfactory result to DMRC employees which was about to give within two months.

On 08.06.2018 a letter has been submitted to the secretary staff council by all the members of Delhi Metro Rail Cooperation Employees Union (DMRCEU) to bring all the agreement which are signed  by DMRC on 23-07-2017.

As per DMRC rule prevail till now is, After completion of five year in one Grade with satisfactory record each and every employees will promoted to next grade .Implementation of office order no. PP-2847-2017 on 2-09-2017 had brought discontinuity and inconsistency in upgradation of the scale. Now sometimes people even stuck and do not get any upgradation in their grade even more than 10 years.

All Delhi Metro Rail Cooperation employees will be on strike from 19-06-2018, with different features of strike they are as follows:

On 19-06-2018   all the employees of DMRC will tie black band and will work at their work  place .

On 25-06-2018   all the employees of DMRC will sit at the platform depo, work place, and do strike by boycotting Resting room, and lunch time .

On 30-06-20118 if the proper decision is not taken by DMRC completely closed of work will be done.

This is not the first time DMRC employees are facing problem with salary hike ,  on  22-07-2017 DMRC non-executive staff  including maintenance staff, station controller, Train operator, customer relation assistance gather at Yamuna Bank .They also complain  regarding  staff safety,  job security. News had been mention from official data.

As per record note dated 23-07-2018: The pay scale of non-executive staff  who’s salary is in a grade of Rs 8000-14140 will be upgraded to higher scale. And salary grade between 13500 – 25520 shall be merged. A new pay scale of 20600-46500 shall be introduce.

Delhi Metro | Centre approves extension of Blue line from City Center to Noida Sec-62

New Delhi: The Central Government has today approved extension of Delhi Metro’s Dwarka Sec 21 – Noida City Center (Blue Line) to Noida Sector 62, which borders Ghaziabad in the UP, with an investment of Rs 1,967 crore. The extension will cover a distance of 6.675 km and will have six metro stations between Noida City Center and Noida Sector 62 on Blue Line. This section will provide metro facility to a large number of people living in Noida, in addition to serving residents of areas near Ghaziabad.
