Till time no action was taken/initiated by Delhi Metro authority to ensure safety and security of their staffs. Some staffs saying that Metro officers don’t want to lodge FIR as it may damage image of DMRC.

Ravi Bhardwaj Secretary Staff Council stated that he asked to DGM/TO that why Cab was not provided to Manish and what step taken to improve? Also he reported the incident to CGM/HR of DMRC for necessary action. One Line Supervisor and Asstt. Manager have been sent with him to lodge FIR. Cabs are only two which causes delay in drop. So very soon four cabs will be operational.
