Mumbai: The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA)

issued tender notice for appointment of General Consultant for Extension of Mumbai

Metro Line 7 – Andheri (E) to CSIA and Dahisar (E) to Mira Bhayandar (Mira Bhayandar-CSIA) of Mumbai Metro Rail Project of MMRDA, Mumbai.

Estimated completion period of work is 54 months.


Sale of Tender Documents will start from from 18.04.2018 to 18.06.2018 (up to 1800 hrs.) on e-tendering portal https://etendermmrda.maharashtra.gov.in. Pre-Bid Meeting fixed on 07/05/2018 at 1500 hrs. at 7′” Floor New MMRDA Administrative

Last date of submission of tender documents is 18.06.2018 (up to 1800 hrs) and tender will be opened on 20.06.2018 at 1130 hrs.


Last year, in March the state government approved extension of Line-7 which consists 11 stations.

Delhi Metro | Centre approves extension of Blue line from City Center to Noida Sec-62

New Delhi: The Central Government has today approved extension of Delhi Metro’s Dwarka Sec 21 – Noida City Center (Blue Line) to Noida Sector 62, which borders Ghaziabad in the UP, with an investment of Rs 1,967 crore. The extension will cover a distance of 6.675 km and will have six metro stations between Noida City Center and Noida Sector 62 on Blue Line. This section will provide metro facility to a large number of people living in Noida, in addition to serving residents of areas near Ghaziabad.
